I am giving Adam more responsibilities around the house this year. One of his jobs is to make his bed. Well, mostly I make it and he helps. His job is to put the pillows straight and put the toys neatly on the bed. This is his interpretation of my request.

So, um… the kids have to take a photo of their family to school for “show-and-tell-friday”.

pfffttt… mum not impressed with the assignment, but what can you do?!

So we have a “family unit” of our own, kwirky making. Not a family in the traditional sense, but still, a unit of some sort!

This evening I set the tripod up in the garden and Adam had great fun running up and down to push the button.

Adam got a painting kit from the party on Saturday and has been dying to paint! So today, we got stuck in! (((excuse the dirty nails, but it is from finger painting at school earlier in the day)))

At what point did you learn that yellow and red makes orange? VERY perturbed that the tray had no orange, my son announced that he would make orange. And he did, with no input from me. Mummy’s little creative bright spark!

Yes… here is another feather. The table we wanted to sit at was a little wet/dirty so we turned to the one next to it. Hello Feather. Smack in the middle of the table.

And I just couldn’t resist this bunny. I would have taken him home if given the chance. There is nothing as soft as bunny fur.
